What are the charges which I need to pay?
You need to pay at the rate of Rs. 12.5 per Km plus convenient charges of Rs. 50/- for the whole trip.Although A.C charges of Rs.25/- for the whole trip are optional.Also,toll/parking charges to be paid on actual.
How to book a radio cab with Fast Track Cabs?
Just give us a call at 0124-30 222 20/301 0 3000 and we will arrange the cab at your doorstep. Payments:- 1)The trip amount will be calculated as per our rates mentioned in the website or App plus Service Tax of 6%.The whloe trip payment need to paid in full after the completion of trip. 2)We have option to pay through cash or E-Wallet. 3)The Usage of E-Wallet will be in accordance to the terms and conditions of third party payment processor providing the E-wallet Services to Us. 4)Fast Track Cabs will not be responsible for any unathurised use of your E-Wallet. Privacy and Security:- 1)Fast Tarck Cabs will never share any of your personal information and bookings details except as required under any applicable law. 2)You are solely responsible for maintaing the confidentiality of your registration data like user name and password.Your can not transfer or sell your account to third party.Fast Track Cabs will not be responsible if someone else use or used ID and password either with or without your knowledge. 3)You herby agree to receive communications from our end through telephone calls/sms/notifications/e-mails. Cancellation Policy:- 1)With in City Trips:-In case the booked cab is cancelled after 10 mins from time of booking by you then cancellation fees of Rs 40/- is applicable. 2)Outstation Trips:-In case the booked cab is cancelled before 3 hours of pick up time then cancellation fees of Rs 400/- is applicable. |
